A portrait commissioned directly from Instagram, but the patron had also seen a portrait of a mutual friend done by me.
The person in the portrait is a big fan of Frida Kahlo's work and wanted something of that type of surrealist painting.
She was an Air Force nurse and worked through Desert Storm.
